The process was relatively straight forward. I had a few phone interviews before getting to a video interview. They were clear about job requirements, salary, and benefits. Everyone was very nice and communicative. The only downside is that they didn't follow up after the video interview. I got a generic rejection email after a few weeks.

They asked about my experience with photography, more specifically candids of people and event photos.
I had one interview with the HR point of contact and the head of the department. They asked an array of typical interview questions. Asked about my goals, challenges I had faced, etc.

What is a challenge you have faced and how did you handle it?
the interview was great, the interviewer was very nice, overall it was easy and quick, I started working after 2 weeks, and ended because it was the beginning of covid
