Casual. 2 Interviews, 4 days apart. Technical coding exam at the start, before interviews, and if you pass that you're offered an interview. After technical coding exam they're not as worried about your technical, and while they did ask technical questions these were relatively easy. Company is very big on team, make sure you love teamwork and talk about teamwork.
