This was followed by an initial telephone screening with the fellow HRBP that was thorough and in depth but still remained friendly and warm. Shortly after the telephone screening I was asked to confirm an interview date and time.
Interview was in person at the HQ. This was a mix of: CV overview and motivations, competency based questioning, personality based questions and a task based exercise. The interview felt the right level of challenging and certainly tested all areas. Interviewers were friendly and warm, with a strong focus on building brand avocacy.
There was a timeframe between interview and offer however the HRBP maintained contact regularly, providing reassurance.
