Fairly quick, applied online with their online application, email for interview 4 weeks after, professional, open and friendly. I was overqualified for the position but was willing to step down, they were open to speaking to me. Interview was a little over an hour but was relaxed. Emphasis was in the fit to the team and that was clear.
