Someone from the operations department reached out to setup an initial 30 minute call. I then had a virtual meeting with the CEO, who I would be reporting to. There was then a take-home assignment that took a few hours to complete. After completion of the assignment, I was offered the job but asked to speak to the Head of Accounting & Finance and CTO before starting, but those conversations were not contingent on getting the job, it was more to make sure everyone was comfortable with each other.

After applying, I was asked to complete an online personality test. I then had a Zoom interview with the operations manager. Following the interview, I was asked to complete an assignment. The next step would have been an interview with the CEO but I did not make it to that stage. The CEO sent me a nice email to let me know they made an offer to another applicant.
