The interview process was lengthy, but in a good way. Being that MightyKidz is a privately owned company, the owners and investors wanted to make a solid, level headed decision before hiring me. There were several phone interviews with the owners, current teachers, and investors. The interviews were very engaging. I appreciated the transparency from the very beginning regarding business operations, goals, philosophy, 5 year plan, etc.
