Standard screening process. Simple, not so lengthy programming assignment. Great technical & culture fit interview with the team lead and department manager. No non-sense questions. You're getting a good vibe until this point. However the rest of the process is a bit exhausting. You feel HR don't listen you and not eager to solve any problem in the process, no reasoning. Archaic interview steps compared to their tech department.

Everything was easy, fast and clean. Hr was very helpful, technical interview was easy but system design part might be bigger. Case study was good and detailed for tech use like mesaage ques and frameworks. Tech stack was good.
