Interview was a brief discussion with the designer. Was asked several questions about skills set and experience. Hiring manager/owner/designer of the company did not even look at my resume. If you really want the job you just have to know people honestly. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time. I was offered a very bad salary due to the company's "inability" to compensate me for what I am worth, and was promised a raise after 3 months and it never happened, even after numerous meetings about great performance and a raise.
