      Colloquio

      I spoke with recruiters and HR multiple times on the phone before coming in. They were relatively professional, but not awesome. However, upon coming in for an interview, the experience was terrible and archaic. They had me take an IQ test and some other strange written tests. From a company that is trying to be "cool" or "google-y" this experience was as far from that as possible. I was amazed that a "technology" company could be so behind the times, and working with such ancient software and machines. I would not waste your time with this company. I get it, they try and be "cool" and put food in the fridge every week, but the overall work experience is extremely boring and old fashioned and behind the times of every other tech company. The fact that they pay for some award every year about being the "best place to work" should not let that sway you. Also they did not make any attempt to cover any sort of cost for tolls or parking or anything like that during my interview session. Overall, this seems like a terrible, amateur company that I would never work for.

We will continue to work to incorporate feedback from candidates, with the goal of continual improvement of the process and candidates experience.       A joke of an interview - a one way video call with questions that do not even pertain to all candidates. "Tell me about high school and college" - well I didn't go but because it's one way pre-recorded nonsense there is no adaptation on the interviewers part. Avoid this joke of a company

      Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and I'm sorry that you did not have a positive experience with our application process. Our video interview is the first step in the interview process. Candidates who proceed to the next step will be invited to schedule a one on one interview with a member of our management team. We use the video interview as an extension of your resume and an opportunity to expand upon the sometimes limiting words in a document. The question you are referring to asks our applicants to tell us about themselves and suggest high school and college as a starting point. Many people use this as an opportunity to tell us about their interests, hobbies or what got them started in their IT Career.       The interview process was pretty standard for the most part. The video part of the interview was just as silly as the questions the CEO asked in person. There were reg flags through out the interview from how the CEO presented himself to what the person I shadowed with said to me. The biggest red flag was the hiring contract! Wow! Just Wow! People read before you sign! I've never seen such an aggressive hiring contract. Pretty sure this would be illegal in some other states. If this company is expecting you to sign this what do they really thing of their employees? Signing this agreement is nothing but bad for your employees. Shameful

      They revamped their process to have a video interview. You had to sign up for the service, download the app. Sign in then watch a video taped interview questions with not much time to either think or respond. The app was glitchy. If you are like me disabled with speech issues such as cluttering or stuttering, you need not apply. Some videos didn’t even upload and had no chance to remedy.

      How would you explain how when you type Amazon.com does it go from you keyboard to Amazon then back and be very detailed.

      I am very sorry that you felt the question was not able to be answered within the time period. We work to provide a fair process for every candidate by allowing the same amount of think time, time limit, and retakes for each question.
