I spoke with recruiters and HR multiple times on the phone before coming in. They were relatively professional, but not awesome. However, upon coming in for an interview, the experience was terrible and archaic. They had me take an IQ test and some other strange written tests. From a company that is trying to be "cool" or "google-y" this experience was as far from that as possible. I was amazed that a "technology" company could be so behind the times, and working with such ancient software and machines. I would not waste your time with this company. I get it, they try and be "cool" and put food in the fridge every week, but the overall work experience is extremely boring and old fashioned and behind the times of every other tech company. The fact that they pay for some award every year about being the "best place to work" should not let that sway you. Also they did not make any attempt to cover any sort of cost for tolls or parking or anything like that during my interview session. Overall, this seems like a terrible, amateur company that I would never work for.

A joke of an interview - a one way video call with questions that do not even pertain to all candidates. "Tell me about high school and college" - well I didn't go but because it's one way pre-recorded nonsense there is no adaptation on the interviewers part. Avoid this joke of a company
