      I applied online and got two email replied with two online assessment. I finished these two and wrote a email to the HR asking the result, and next day I received an email saying "Our team did not select you for further consideration at this time. " So, my sincere advise: Don't do the online assessment and don't waste any time one this company! The " online assessments" are just some primary school level "IQ problem" and programming basics. These questions take you more than one hour to finish because I remembered there's around 50 questions in total. I think I did these multiple choices decently but got rejected even without a phone interview. And I feel I am not respected: The Miles Technology didn't even tell me the reason why I got rejected. And I assume the worst case is that they don't have openings but just randomly send long, boring assessments to candidates. I think my resume and my previous experience is decent, and I don't know if it's because I am female or minorities (most of the employees seem to be white and male in the company according to linkedin profiles). In short, I feel that I am not respected because my time was wasted on the assessments for hours and got rejected by email for no reason. I hope this company can be more responsible in the future

We would love to interview every person, yet it is not possible. We do interview about 80 applicants each month. We only hire a few people each month, therefore, not everyone receives an invitation for an interview or an offer, even if they are qualified.       Pre-recorded video interview was a little jarring but the questions were mostly personal with one technical question. I would not hesitate to avoid if you think that is a bad practice, however. I did get called for a follow up interview around a week later.

      The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial pre recorded video interview, followed by a technical round that covered my expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and front-end technologies. The final round was a cultural/managerial discussion to assess my problem-solving skills, project experience, and ability to work in a team. Throughout the process, everything was well-coordinated, and I always received timely updates. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Talent Scout Afreen from India, who went above and beyond to make this experience exceptional. From the very first interaction, she was professional, friendly, and extremely supportive. She ensured I had all the necessary information at every stage, provided valuable insights into the process, and was always available to answer any queries.
