3 round process: pre-recorded interview, pre-interview assessment + interview with hiring manager, and one final “cultural fit” interview with president of your division. Overall, the recruiter and everyone involved was responsive and helpful. However, one thing to be careful about is they change the position’s salary band without notifying candidates about it, which is something I didn’t appreciate when going through the interview process. I also didn’t understand the last “cultural fit” interview if HR is going to be the last deciding factor to whether or not a candidate gets the final offer, since HR never talked to candidates like us through an actual interview that is not pre-recorded.

When you apply you are contacted by a recruiter to do a 30 minutes one way interview which includes technical questions . This is an introductory interview that will be shared with the hiring managers to provide a better picture of who the candidate is.

You first do a one-way video interview which isn’t too bad, but they ask around 10 questions that take 2-5 minutes each. Then you are given an assessment to take, but you don’t get much time to do it and it’s requirements are vague. Then you are given an interview to discuss your assessment which is great as you can see what you are lacking and what you aren’t, but my issue is that the whole time the interviewer kept making assumptions about me, making snarky remarks, and micro aggressions. When I try to shift topics or address concerns, I feel like I’m being profiled or at the very least he made his assumptions audible.
