You’ll get an email asking to do a one way interview. The One way interview via an app you’ll download and never use again with pre recorded questions from the CEO. 10 questions that were just getting to know you questions and that was it. Once completed you’ll be told that they will listen to your answers and will receive some sort of communication about it in 1-2 weeks. It’s now been over a month, my recruiter hasn’t texted/answered my texts/calls after she said I could reach out at any time. If I have to spend 30+ minutes filming myself answer questions you can at least spend the 3 or so seconds to send a rejection email or at least follow up as promised.

Very straightforward. You create an account within their system. And you can watch the progress of your application. There is a recorded interview after you submit your application. They provide plenty of time to record your answers and think about the question.
