Phone screen by recruiter. Then phone screen by executive management. Then an interview with the CEO and executive management. Lastly, an interview with the onsite rep and gave me the option to interview with the team members.

Three rounds of interviews- I had no issues communicating with the managers. They were all responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Questions were not difficult and were aimed more as a get-to-know-you type of questions.

The interview process felt very dated and a little bizarre. The individuals involved read questions off of a lost and refused to waver from the list (typical questions like "describe a conflict with a coworker" or "what is your ideal working environment") and no attempt was made to actually get to know me as a candidate. It felt like they just Googled interview questions as there was zero conversational aspect to the process.
