I was contacted by a milestone head hunter. After a couple of phone calls and emails interview was scheduled onsite. When I arrived I was lead to the milestone cafe for the interview which is not really a private setting for an interview.

Consisted of two interviews. One with a technical staff and one with management. While the staff members were kind and great to talk to, it seemed there was a bit of an issue with reporting what the benefits for the position were. In a sense, this is somewhat a red flag and makes one wonder what they were trying to hide.

Consists of 2 rounds. 1 -Technical with Lead (Uber Client) 2 - Manager Round (Uber Client) They would ask about your experience and the technical questions based on your experience. It is very smooth process and HR would keep us informed all the time.

The interview process was very quick.
Received an email fom Recruiter, who then scheduled a time/date for my initial on-site.
One arrived to my interview, got interviewed by 3 people. The first 2 interviewers asked me questions to gauge my knowledge and give me a run down on the full scope of the job.
