After submitting a CV and cover letter by email, and this is a couple of months after when I'd written it off as a failed endeavour, I was invited for a face-to-face interview at the London office with the head of the Risk department and another member of the Risk team.
The interview was different to other similar firms, all based around talking through your CV and explaining your motivations for moving from that school to that uni to that part-time job etc.
Didn't get the job, but the interviewers were friendly. However, the interviewer promised he would be calling each graduate who had been interviewed to offer personal feedback on why they did or didn't get the job, which didn't happen. After bombing the interview, the company sent no more correspondence and didn't reply to my email either. This was disappointing after how helpful and personable they'd been beforehand.

5 interviews, each was with a different member of the team and each person interviewing had their own style of interview. Mainly asked about resume and past experience. Asked a couple statistical questions.
