I interviewed with Miller International (Rocky Mountain Clothing Co.) for a position as a Designer. During the interview, they didn't ask to see my portfolio, which I though was odd and I wasn't asked as many questions about my skills as I had hoped or expected. I interviewed twice before I was offered a position with the company.

The hiring process was a bit of a rush. I didn't get to visit the company before I accepted the job. That was my fault. It's important for a prospective employee to visit this company and interview them as much as they interview you.
