The dept manager was fully insulting. He could just say he is not hiring instead of inviting people to insult. Also asking someone 3 years ago mistake is showing that he never assume people will move on or improving. This also tell that why this company always hiring people, because they want to hire a perfect person with low salary. Hope they can find them someday.
