I applied online on Sigma's site and then received an email within a few days setting up an interview with the company. The interview itself was 45 minutes long. It was a group interview, with time between each interviewer roughly split in half. The questions were about 60% behavioral, 40% technical.

Group interviewed with 3 people for about 1.5 hours at the Milwaukee facility. One person in particular had a negative attitude right from the beginning and spun most of the personality answers I gave in a bad light. Be prepared for a technical evaluation about identifying a picture of a compound with which analytical techniques you would use, etc. Honestly, I felt the entire interview to be condescending and wouldn't encourage anyone to work with a boss that would behave this way before you're even hired.
