The interview was with three people: the group leader, the team coordinator, and a team member. It lasted about an hour. At the beginning, each of them introduced themselves and explained their roles, and then they asked me to do the same. Overall, the group leader and the team member appeared friendly and understanding, while the team coordinator seemed rather sullen. This may not have been related to me personally, but it did create a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere. The most frustrating part was that during the interview they told me I would receive an answer within that week, but instead I heard nothing for three weeks, and only after I followed up myself was I told that I had not been selected.
