Several phone calls with various managers, and HR person. In-person interview (panel with 3 managers). was able to see the equipment and speak to a couple of potential collogues who were in the office

Three 30 minute phone interviews over the course of a month, followed by no communication for a month. Be prepared for them to waste a lot of your time, and keep applying until you get an offer. Whole process from contact to final answer took two and a half months.
