I had 4 skype interviews with different people from the company. The first one was with the HR then the following 2 were technical and the last one was with a person from another field.

Series of online tests, challenges and Skype interviews. Process took a while however Mimi really ensured that everyone starting can fit well into a team and have projects that suit them well. The whole process was very good and from an interviewee perspective I always knew what was going on and where I stood. Had around 4 different Skype interviews (could possibly have been face-to-face if I had been based in Berlin). Whilst this may sound like a lot they were all very useful for me to form an opinion of what life is like at Mimi.

Online application, that a phone interview with a recruiter.
From the very first moments I realized that me and the recruiter work on a different wavelengths. Before the end of the talk I was sure she did not like me and would not select me further. The job interview had zero content related the position and no questions regarding professional background, it was rather a check how you match the team with questions on a soft skills only.

Why Mimi? What my friends would tell the recruiter about me? How I solve conflicts? What is my "no go zone" in the work environment? What do I expect from my team? Have I ever been to Berlin? Do I wish to relocate? My availability. Why do I want to work in a start-up? That's it.
