Contradiction between different level of interviewers. The expecetation defined by the one interviewer differ from the next level interviewer. At times some feelers are sent before the next level interviewer is supposed to meet. The feeler does not introduce oneself and at the end of the discussion we get to know that the person is just a feeler and the actual discussion is yet to happen.
