Overall, my experience with the hiring process was disappointing and lacked professionalism. Communication from the hiring team was inconsistent, with unclear expectations, timelines, and next steps throughout the process.
After the first interview, multiple assignments were requested not just one, but several. While technical assessments can be part of a structured evaluation, the volume and sequencing of these tasks felt excessive for an early-stage process and reflected poor planning.
Despite progressing through multiple rounds and completing the requested assignments, there was a clear reluctance to discuss salary expectations or compensation range. Instead, the process continued to focus heavily on additional technical questioning, which felt unbalanced and not transparent.
The second interview was particularly concerning. The discussion lacked structure and professionalism, and the tone felt emotionally driven rather than objective and composed. Senior leadership interactions typically set the standard for company culture, and this experience raised serious concerns about leadership maturity and organizational alignment.
Overall, the recruitment process would benefit significantly from clearer communication, better planning of assessment stages, early transparency on compensation, and more professional conduct during leadership interviews.
