The interview process was really disorganised. Zoom meeting with 30 other candidates, 40 minutes to take attendance and do introductions. Second part of the interview consisted of 2 breakout room activities, where you worked on a 'how would you handle this' scenario in a team.

Applied online, received interview invite by email 2 weeks later, interview scheduled for the following week. Interview took place at head office with a panel of 3 people, questions were. Mix of competency based questions and situation based questions
