There were two interviews. Mine was online. First interview was smooth and chill with the Director himself. He explained the work environment and etc. Second interview was a test in regards to which subject you are applying for. You also need to demonstrate one of the questions as if you are teaching a student.

Easy and smooth, before the interview has to perform in a given paper, the interview focuses more on the knowledge and delivery skills. The interviewer is the director of the center and he asks about your academic background and past teaching experience.
