The phone interview was first, quick and fast. They then invited me back for a 30 min interview. Then had me shadow someone to get a little understanding of what is like and that same day I got an email inviting me back for my third and final interview

4 steps: phone screening, CCAT test, interview hiring manager and senior manager.
Overall an hour each for the last interviews but quite engaging, cv screening at the end.

Fast, First Interview over Zoom just a call with Recruiter. Second Interview with Hiring Managers and Shadowing. The Offer accepted. The whole process was smooth and staff was friendly. The shadowing was great to see what type of work we would be doing.
