You’ll have a phone screen with someone from their offices in CA. Pretty basic stuff so as long as your positive and can can speak clearly about your background and knowing something about the company you may get invited for a mock inside phone call with 1-2 people and then a senior supervisor. Any inside sales pitch for a company you have never worked for isn’t going to be easy or perfect but the people were nice that I spoke with. If your health conscious and fit but want to work in a start up sort of atmosphere this may be a good fit for you. I closed the call but didn’t get an offer. I respect the company’s decision because in the long run my career goals and what they are looking for aren’t quite on the same page. I do applaud the fact that the managers I interviewed with were not condescending and I believe passed on me for fair reasons. You do have to put in some research for the in person/call so make sure the company seems like a good fit for you prior to doing your homework. My only regret is I should have thought about whether I would see myself at a company like MB in 5 years considering I have a heavy outside sales background versus inside. I could have used my time to look for a better fit for me. Again though nice people who made a good call so I respect their decision.
