The interview was mostly focused on JS and React for UI position.
The process was confusing as I was told that I am through with the rounds and they would like to schedule the next round but later mentioned that I am unsuitable for the position after couple of days.

The process involves Cognitive test. If you don’t clear this test you are not invited for the video interview.
All the question in first and second round are all hypothetical and theoretical. No way connected to the work you do. You are not going to get a candidate who can answer all the interview questions in your mind. They are losing good candidates because of poor interview strategy.
