The hiring process started with the completion of two cognitive assessments. Aftert that I had a chat over the phone with the Recruiting Manager (about 45 minutes) and got booked for the first interview.
The interview process took about a month and it was divided into three stages: initial interview second call with presentation and final interview.
All the calls lasted about one hour and were conducted via Zoom.

Most of the interview questions were very common such as:
- Why would you like to join us?
- Why are you changing jobs?
- Why do you think you're a good fit for this position?
One of the less common questions I remember was:
- What does wellness mean to you?
The process was very quick and well-organized, consisting of three interviews and an assessment. The first interview with HR was a pleasant experience. After that, I received an assessment with mainly logic-based questions. Next, I had an initial meeting with the manager, which was very positive, followed by a second meeting where I presented a task. The whole team was incredibly kind and helpful, and I felt very supported throughout the process.
