My interview process was online. I found the interview process to be very well organised and efficient. I had 4 interviews overall both with recruitment and role specific managers. In was kept informed throughout and next steps clearly explained. My interview process was 4 weeks.

Before interview I was invited to complete cognitive and personality tests. My interview questions started with behavioural based questions that required me to draw on my recent experiences. Then questions progressed to technical questions as I was interview by managers and then more senior employees. I was also asked at every stage on my knowledge of the company.
