Well they don't visit campuses to recruit as they believe time is quite short to judge candidates properly. So,They hire only through walk-ins. Be it a fresher or experienced.Interview process is bit tough compared to other Indian IT companies. Written test comprises of an intelligence test, aptitude test and 4 hours of programming test. After that they conduct two rounds of tech interviews with each interview stretching upto 1h30m for development roles. Sometimes even 3. For testing they conduct 2 rounds of interviews.
Interviews are mostly taken by Project managers or tech leads.Sometimes even by the CEO himself.

For testing they mainly check your analytical knowledge which they evaluate from the intelligence round during the written test. During interview they ask situational questions like, Suppose you had given a contract to decorate your home. What are the things you would check after it's done?

There will be 3 Rounds of interview. 2 Technical and 1 HR. Technical round will be a bit tough and once you clear i. HR round is just to get details. You will be called when your CV got shortlisted. It has both Telephonic and face to face interview facility.
