Interview process was pretty straightforward. I found the people interviewing me to be informative and helpful. I was able to tour a facility in person as well in order to get a sense for the office space. I was able to speak with the manager there and ask more questions.

Company is designed to assist therapists in opening a private practice. Not a very good fit for counselors needing hours for full licensure. Counselors do get some referrals but must get WA licensure.

They were prompt in reaching out and setting up time for the initial and follow up interviews and on boarding. Each meeting was remote, an hour long, and the individuals met with were knowledgeable.
