Received call from direct company only Mindnew Software Consulting P Ltd after sending my resume. I had 2 rounds of personal Interview. Interview tIming was well maintained.nice friendly and flexible staff in scheduling interview date and time. First was with panel of 2 persons i can not say 100% technical bcoz they made me comfortable and asked me about my education, skills, interest for learning new tech, Innovative ideas and in any field,

- How may SAP implementations and support of SAP Basis clients and systems. - Have you worked with US, Europe clients from off shore support center. - Technical SAP questions on Basis tcodes and connectivity to RFC, batch jobs etc - my 3 years career plan. - SWOT of myself. - SAP Solution manager monitoring, connecting to other systems, config alerts to email and mobile. - SAP CRM, SCM systems monitoring. - working exp with ticketing system and escalations. - How i handled critical systems down time. - my exp with working with teams with in the Co and with clients. - SAP HANA experience - Skills on presentation and marketing the company when you see opportunity for additional work at clients side. - General knowledge about IT industry.
