(external agency-led) assessment center - a day of 4 x scenario questions led by psychologists, followed by presentation to panel & interview with Director, Consultant & Service User / Lived-Experience Worker. Prior to assessment center, some online personality/psychometric tests which were later explained in detail - very insightful & reflective. Thereafter, very smooth & efficient HR/on-boarding process.
