Phone screen with recruiter which was followed by interview series with department leadership. Discussions focused on experience and situational examples. Overall it wasn’t difficult and seemed like chemistry was a major priority which makes sense give the type of work and ability to partner across various specialist talent. Very strong culture. Took about a week for offer to be made and was very excited to join.

First screen call then HR manager. Standard for the most part but done on zoom. I believe it was a waste of time in the end as it was difficult to gauge interest from the get go.

I will preface this by saying I am a former Mindshare employee. I saw an opening and applied to return [aka boomerang] - it was long enough that that almost everyone had turned over. The interview was fine - the usual questions and much of the BS was skipped because I was a former employee. I did have to correct the hiring manager MULTIPLE TIMES which account I was interviewing for. After the interview; I was ghosted like a as first date.
