The selection process has three rounds: an Online Assessment (OA) to test aptitude and coding, a Technical interview to assess problem-solving and domain knowledge, and an HR round to evaluate personality and fit.

No value for skills. conducted just for name sake. no technical reated questions at all. just took place for 20 minutes. i didnt like this kind of interview process, from a company. Very poor.
