The interview was pretty straightforward. They will ask you questions to assess your interest in joining. The most important thing is the customer connection. There will be a trial of 30 mins to see how you connect with customers. You do not need to know much about the products, just greet customers and try to initiate a friendly conversation to know what they are looking for. They may also ask you about your fav Miniso product the reason, and how would you recommend it to a customer.

What are the best customer service values in your opinion?
Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
