The interview process was very vague, generic & generic as if they were not interviewing a post graduate for a full time career job but rather a college student for a part time odd job. Also, they interview was designed to assess the candidate only but it was such a poor assessment that it hardly justified. At the same time, the candidates were never allowed to bring up their concerns during the interview.
