First two interviews were rescheduled. Panel included 3 people from the policy area and nobody from human resources.
Every question required at least a 3 part answer.
Interviewers seemed disengaged, interview took place in the Director's office.

The interview process was pretty well and organised. There were panels of three people, and everyone took term to ask questions. There was a 60 minutes presentation for which the provide 1 1/2 hour prior to the interview to be able to complete that.

Interview was a 3 step process. First phase was apporx 1hour long, with hiring manager and one more staff member going over typical interview questions. Second part was a case study and/or article provided and questions related to the material to which an applicant will have to respond in writting, following a brief presentation.
