All of them. They know who they're going to hire/ who they "want" to hire or who they have been told they "should" hire post interview. Even if you're a temp for 4 months before applying for a permanent position, you're chances of being hired are slim and being "accepted" are almost non existent unless you are not a Caucasian person.

This interview was a group interview with several management personnel. The interview was based upon a collective review and interview of my response to several form-based questions previously submitted with my original application.

Experience related questions, mostly, though several scenario-based questions. This interview was quite some time ago, so I do not recall the precise questions asked, though I do recall my initial puzzlement regarding the question regarding "....If one of the other managers requested my assistance. ( The environment was cross-management. ) I responded that I would accept the standard protocol, and consult with my manager. (Perhaps there was some office politics in-fighting?)
Would the people who died in the Minneapolis MPHA high-rise tower have lived if MPHA had hired seasoned adults like me with real-life property management experience ( and mold knowledge and lead paint and fire-safety training...) rather than preferential bias to technically-savvy youth? Cause and effect. Cause and effect......
