Was not a good fit for the areas they were currently looking at filling, but staff were an appropriate mix of serious and friendly. Three total rounds of interviews. Each interviewer was professional and courteous.

Initial interviews are 45 minutes via Teams. Panel of interviewers consists of the division lead and 2 or 3 AAGs. Interviews begin with an overview of the kind of work the office does. If an informational session was conducted for the position, the description of the job/office will be the same as what was described in the info session. Questions are all standardized so all applicants get asked the same set of questions. I was asked 9 questions in both interviews I did for different divisions within the AGO. Both times, I had about 5-7 minutes left at the end of the interview to ask my own questions. Be prepared to ask at least 3 questions.
