Very easy interview process, I was with two Senators that I had never heard of before. The Interview was very easy, it was by two Legislative Assistants who worked for the two senators. I worked in the Republican section of the senate, so questions were tailored to there.

Why are you a Republican? (I would assume they ask this in the Dem. side as well, so when they ask you, just say that you believe in the party platform and how it plays/has played into your life.)
