I applied online and got a call for microteaching. I was given a topic in mathematics( quadratic equation) to prepare on I explained the topic the following week(Microteaching) to two professors and they ask questions on the topic after all.

Was kind of discussion about what I have done in the past in terms of teaching students and how did I go about it? The interviewer is always the head of the department.
