The firm focuses on competency based questions. There is nothing too out of the ordinary if you prepare for the standard style questions. Generally the firm is eager to recruit new talent so they are effective at selling the firm at interview and try to be friendly.

Colloquio
First stage was application, email received with screening questions then invited for Teams interview. Asked technical queuing about CPR, claims and compensation process, previous experience etc. 2 interviewers. job was advertised as remote but they said in interview they want everyone in office on Wednesdays. Salary wasn’t advertised and they rejected for my salary expectations being too high and not “operational ready”.
