Applied through my school's job posting platform. Had to submit a resume, cover letter, transcript, writing sample, references, and Mintz-specific form on employment history. First round was a phone call with two current PAs. Second round was an in-person interview with one partner, one associate, two different PAs, and a member of HR.

Typical behavioral questions. Assumed that you've held challenging/stimulating leadership roles either in your academics or extracurriculars.
Great interview experience, interviewers were respectful and jumped in to ease the tension when I froze up. Questions were pretty standard, but they included a more creative curveball question at the end.
