Very weird and unpleasant interview. After the first call with the recruiter, they will send you an "interview guide" which describes what's expected from you, as well as how you should use the STAR framework to describe your answers. Then comes the interview with the hiring manager, which was extremely weird an unpleasant. First, they didn't care at all about the STAR framework. Then they were extremely cold and almost rude, didn't care about introducing themselves. During the interview, most of the technical questions they asked were actually totally irrelevant to the job. So either either your job description was wrong, either that's a weird way to asses your candidates' skills and knowledge.
