It was very easy going and straightforward. The generic 'tell me about yourself' and explaining previous experiences. They really wanted to know what my availability was like since this is a 24 hour lab and is a very fast paced environment.

It was a decent interview. I was asked about my previous academic research experience. Emphasis was placed on isolating genetic samples and being able to work with a large number of samples.
