I was approached by an external recruiter for the CSM role. We first had a phone call on what the position would be, see if it would be a good fit for both parties. After this I met with several people from RealtimeBoard, both people on the CS team as well as people I would be reporting to. These calls gave me great insight into what working at RealtimeBoard would be. Even though I met with a lot of different people the interview process was very clear and went super swiftly.

The interviews felt more as conversations to me. We talked about my previous experience and achievements but there was also room for me to ask a lot of questions about the company.

This was a friendly process: I first spoke to the recruiter,: general conversation about the role and benefits then the Hiring Manager, and there was then an exercise on MIRO. Feedback was quick and detailed.

Colloquio
There are several stages: Phone screen, Case Study, and several 1:1 interviews with various people across the org. The 1:1 interviews aren't too bad, the people are friendly and the questions are behavioural based.
