Asked to give a presentation after speaking with The hiring manager on a 30 min call. Everyone was very friendly on the Zoom session, I was as thorough as possible during the presentation, even complimented and praised for how well I did, given no negative feedback even when asked for it and told I’d be contacted after the coming week. Sent thank you emails, no response, sent follow up emails at the two and three week marks, no response. Just left completely ghosted and felt totally disrespected as so one had even the slightest decency to inform me about whether or not I was still being considered for the role. I hope they don’t treat their customers this way!
Basically understand that you’re interviewers are people too, and they deserve to be treated with respect. This is true whether or not they did well on the interview, and whether or not they affect your bottom line.

This was a friendly process: I first spoke to the recruiter,: general conversation about the role and benefits then the Hiring Manager, and there was then an exercise on MIRO. Feedback was quick and detailed.

There are several stages: Phone screen, Case Study, and several 1:1 interviews with various people across the org. The 1:1 interviews aren't too bad, the people are friendly and the questions are behavioural based.
