Here is the process
- Recruiter call
- hiring mgr call to introduce the company & role, understand my basic background
- Prep call with another team mate, still, casual catch up to know each other
- 1st interview about sourcing skills
- 2nd interview about stakeholder management/data & insights
- last wrap up call with hiring mgr again
I must say, I was impressed by Miro recruiting team. They are all such supportive, full of empathy, caring people. When I talk about my concerns, they are all related and share their experience with me.
And after watching the YouTube video about Miro, they are a collaborative team working on collaborative tool to help more people to co-work with each other.
